Invitation - New Year’s Eve Ball

The Hungarian Club of Colorado cordially invites you, your family and friends to join its annual New Year’s Eve party. The program includes dinner, entertainment, music, the Denver Hungarian Choir, dance and a raffle. The Skyline Ballroom also offers panoramic views of the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Downtown.

Date: December 31, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Entry fee:
Club members: $59.00
Non-members: $64.00
Children under the age of 5: free
Under the age of 14: $14.00
Late arrival after 9:00 PM (without dinner): $29.00

The price includes dinner and dessert prepared by the master chef of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel as well as a glass of champagne at midnight. Additional drinks are available for purchase at the bar.

Dear Club Members:

Thank you for your support and help over the past years. We hopefully succeeded in offering enough of a variety in programs which satisfied the appetites of all. If not, please approach us; we welcome suggestions. Without the help of our members the Club could not exist.

Questionnaire

Dear current and future members. We would like to invite you to fill out our questionnaire which would greatly help us meet your needs better. Using your input we could more efficiently send out invitations to our programs and organize programs our members are interested in just to mention a few items. If you have already filled the questionnaire out but there have been changes in your data please fill it out again. Thank you.

Membership Dues:

Please submit your membership dues for 2009. The dues are: $25.00 for individuals and $40.00 for families. Those who pay their membership dues receive discounted admission prices to club programs and functions.
You can pay your membership dues through this web site on the Membership Page.
The membership dues barely cover the cost of photocopying the invitations, the cost of stationery, the cost of postage and the costs associated with programs which are free. Thus any donation you would make would have a powerful impact.

Supporting Private Initiatives

If you have program ideas for Hungarians in Colorado that you wish to organize, the Club might be able to support you within its abilities. The privately organized programs are not monitored by the Club.
